We make our hot sauces with fresh peppers: Habanero, Jalapeno, other ingredients like Orange Juice, Lime or Honey are also fresh & raw. These are locally sourced from farmers around Kenya. We also pride in saying we do not use chemicals in the sauces. For each hot sauce flavour you will have a full list of all the ingredients on the bottle. 

The sauces have varying levels of heat. Any sauce with Habanero will imply that it is exremely hot. We have made this moderate to avoid it burning you. At the bottom of each sauce bottle you will see an image of 5 Sauces that will help you understand how hot it is. Have a look at the chart below to understand where the scoville will lie.

We use vinegar and other acidic flavours to ensure no microbes can grow on the sauce. We recommend that you store your sauce in the fridge once opened though it is not necessary. It is important to avoid letting other foods or substances inside the bottle of hot sauce. The bottle is sealed to ensure the sauce is shelf stable for upto 2 years from date of manufacture.

At the bottom of the bottle you will be able to view the date of manufacture & the expiry date. 

We want to pride ourselves as being the only brand focusing on different flavours & offerings. A lot of hot sauces in the market are washed-out chilli peppers with vinegar & salt. There is more to hot sauce than that as to deliver flavour we incorporate unique sweeteners like honey instead of artificial sweeteners, we use spices & other condiments to ensure you not only enjoy the heat but you also feel the bust of flavour.
